Abstract: In this work, the effect of benzoxazine monomer based on phenol and aniline (Pa) and a triglycidyl-p-aminophenol (TGAP) blend by using different ratios was analyzed for the processability for filament winding and the thermomechanical properties of their resulting carbon fiber-reinforced (CF) composites. Thermal and mechanical characterizations were performed on the resin systems and CF-reinforced composites using techniques such as Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA), rheometry, tension testing, and compression testing. The investigation aimed to determine the optimum mass ratio for Pa and TGAP, and the resulting CF-reinforced composites exhibited notable improvements in both thermal and mechanical properties. This research contributes valuable insights into tailoring resin compositions for enhanced processability and performance in CFreinforced composites.
